If you need to cancel your reservation, we offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 7 days in advance of your scheduled service.

Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
