Desert Luxe Concierge offers hospitality and lifestyle services for vacation guests, hosts, and second homeowners. All services are subject to availability and may require advance notice. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. You agree to provide accurate information, including property access and service details, when requesting services.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services at our discretion. In such cases, we will issue a full refund unless the cancellation is due to a violation of our policies. Use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of these terms. Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to your service date. Cancellations made between 24–48 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund, while cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. We reserve the right to decline service requests that fall outside our operating scope or availability.

Liability Disclaimer.

Desert Luxe Concierge takes every measure to ensure high-quality service and respect for your property. However, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or inconveniences that may occur during or as a result of services rendered, except in cases of proven negligence. Hosts and guests are responsible for providing accurate access details and instructions. Use of our services implies understanding and acceptance of these terms.

We collect basic personal information such as your name, email address, property details, and service preferences in order to process service requests and provide a personalized experience. This information is never sold or shared with third parties except for essential services like payment processing (e.g., Stripe) or service coordination.

We may use your information to communicate with you about your requests or send you occasional updates and marketing emails (you can opt out at any time). We may also use cookies or analytics tools in the future to help us understand how visitors use our website and improve your experience.

Third-Party Vendor Disclaimer.

We may partner with trusted third-party vendors (e.g., chefs, florists, wellness professionals) to fulfill select service requests. While we coordinate these services on your behalf, Desert Luxe Concierge is not liable for their performance, actions, or outcomes.

Equipment Rental Agreement.

By booking a service that includes rental equipment directly provided by us, you agree to be responsible for the care and return of all items in clean, undamaged, and working condition. This includes, but is not limited to, dispensers, mini fridges, coolers, stands, coffee equipment, signage, and other service-related accessories.

A temporary hold may be placed on your payment method to cover any potential loss, theft, or damage. This hold is not an immediate charge but may be converted into a fee if equipment is not returned, is returned with missing components, or is damaged upon inspection.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and accept full responsibility for all rented equipment during your use.
