When your property's key details are on file — such as property addresses, access information, and special instructions — we can fulfill guest orders with accuracy and efficiency, without relying on last-minute coordination.

Your information is stored securely and used solely to enhance the guest experience and support your hosting needs — professionally and privately.

As part of your enrollment, we’ll provide a printed booklet featuring our services and offerings, to be displayed at your property. Guests can easily browse and place orders during their stay, knowing everything will be handled with care and discretion.

We also recommend adding platform-compliant information about our services to your booking listings. It’s an easy way to help your property stand out in Southern Utah’s competitive vacation rental market — and a perk that guests will love.

Our VIP Host Monthly Retainer Program is an optional $200/month service designed for hosts who want reliable, on-the-ground support. We take care of the small, thoughtful tasks that property management companies often overlook — like turnover enhancements, logistics and errands, maintenance support, and premium guest enhancements.

While we are not a property management company, we’re here to fill in the gaps — acting as your trusted, local partner when it comes to guest experience and property support.

Your VIP Membership Includes:

  • Priority scheduling for all your service requests — your needs come first.

  • Up to 4 service hours per month included with your membership. Need extra help? Additional hours are just $35/hour.

  • Rush requests (tasks submitted less than 12 hours before) incur a $25 fee—except for quick tasks under 30 minutes including drive time.

  • One complimentary pre-arrival guest enhancement each month (a $70 value) — chosen by us to delight your guests and must be scheduled in advance.

  • Access to the VIP Host Service Portal — submit service requests, schedule your monthly guest enhancement, and refer other hosts anytime.
